What the Proimpact Playbook is
This is a free course built specifically for nonprofit Executive Directors and CEOs who lead organizations roughly in the $1M–$5M range — though the ideas apply broadly.
It's not a collection of tips. It's a cohesive, modern playbook that covers leadership, fundraising, programs, marketing, operations, board management, and technology — organized around the belief shifts and tactical patterns that future-ready organizations are already using.
I built it because I spent 9 years as an ED running a California nonprofit, and I kept wishing someone had challenged my inherited assumptions earlier. Nobody was connecting the dots across all the different areas of the job in one place. So I'm building that resource.
The course is genuinely free. No upsell, no paywall behind the good stuff. The Proimpact Project is a nonprofit, and the mission is to help EDs become future-ready. That's it.
What the course covers
The Playbook is organized around two ideas: a modern leadership mindset and the tactical puzzle pieces to back it up. Here's the territory:
FORMAT
Short, founder-led video lessons (5–15 min each) with a guided reflection workbook. Watch at your own pace. Come back to the pieces that matter most to your org.
